Applications:
JDB-5 cast iron base self-lubricating bearing is a new product of solid lubricant embedded in HT250. It is a typical material. If the pressure is <14.5n>2. When the time or mechanical performance requirements are not very high, it can be used as a substitute for JDB-650 material. Can greatly reduce costs and meet the requirements of use. For example, mold guide columns, injection molding machine frames and other fields can be used.

Double metal bushings should be noted when selecting anti-rust oil
The bimetal bushing is a carbon steel matrix. The surface of the bronze powder has low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, long service life of the sliding bearing and good anti-seizure performance. Therefore, when selecting anti-rust oil, attention should be paid to:
1. Corrosion resistance of carbon steel;
2. Anti-rust performance of copper alloy;
3. Lubrication performance.
When selecting, it is recommended to apply two kinds of metal anti-rust oil (the traditional anti-rust oil is basically only for carbon steel), and the anti-rust oil should have certain lubricating properties. One is to consider the applicable type of multi-metal lubrication rust-proof oil, and the second is to buy a composite oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor and engine oil, which can be used after thorough mixing.
