Material organization
The bushing is made of CuSn8 bronze as a base material, and has an economical bearing with high bearing capacity and good wear resistance. The surface of the product is covered with regular diamond-shaped oil pockets, which acts as an oil reservoir. It can easily form an oil film during the initial movement to reduce the initial friction factor. Mainly used in high-load low-speed applications such as agricultural machinery and construction machinery.
