Material organization
It has the same production process and application as the FB090 bronze rolled bearing, but it is filled with graphite-based solid lubricant in its diamond-shaped oil hole, so that the product can have lower friction factor in the initial application stage and process. It can still maintain a good working condition in case of short oil cut. Therefore, it is widely used in high-speed medium-speed parts such as construction machinery, gearbox transmission parts, and steam locomotive clutches.
